Architectural project for a sushi restaurant in Vitoria, Brazil. It was developed as a freelance project for a restaurant franchise which operates in different cities. Revit was utilized for Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Twinmotion was used for 3D Rendering.

This sushi restaurant, located in a shopping mall in Vitoria, Brazil, was designed as an expansion of the adjacent Moranga restaurant. The two spaces are connected by a shared payment area, with the sushi restaurant maintaining its own identity through different branding and a dividing wall.

The layout includes a self-service hot buffet, a sushi preparation area with an open view of the chef’s work and a separated kitchen. The project overcame challenges posed by the existing infrastructure, including water and sewage systems, ensuring a cost-effective renovation while respecting the original structure.
