Architectural project for a residence in Campo Magro, Brazil. It was developed at YVA Arquitetura. Archicad was utilized for Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Twinmotion was used for 3D Rendering.

Located in a gated community in Campo Magro, Brazil, Residence R064 was designed for a family seeking a contemporary and comfortable home. The site features a significant slope and is surrounded by rich natural landscapes, influencing the project's layout.

The house is structured around a central courtyard, enhancing natural lighting and ventilation. The underground level serves as the main entrance and garage, while the ground floor hosts the main living spaces. Exposed masonry bricks and concrete define the material palette.

I contributed throughout all project phases, from concept design to construction drawings, mainly using Archicad and Twinmotion.
