Architectural project for a residence in Araucaria, Brazil. It was developed at YVA Arquitetura. Archicad was utilized for Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Twinmotion was used for 3D Rendering.

Located in a rural gated community in Araucaria, Brazil, Residence R064 is a contemporary home designed for a couple seeking both shared and private spaces.

The house is composed of four distinct volumes, allowing a construction in phases and ensuring privacy in daily life. It features exposed maison bricks and concrete. These volumes integrate with the natural surroundings, extending harmoniously across the site.

I contributed to the concept design by producing 3D renderings using Twinmotion. Then, I worked on the construction drawings utilizing Archicad.
